Softlog Systems supports ATSAMR30 devices from Microchip Technology
June 16, 2025 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of innovative in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced the support of ATSAMR30 devices.
The SAM R30 is a series of ultra low-power microcontrollers equipped with an IEEE® 802.15.4-2003/2006/2011 compliant RF interface for the sub-1GHz frequency bands such as 780 MHz (China), 868 MHz (Europe) and 915 MHz (North America). It uses the 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ processor at max. 48MHz (2.46 CoreMark®/MHz) and offers 256KB of Flash and 40KB of SRAM in both 32- and 48-pin packages.
ICP software and firmware support configuration bits (NVM User Row) and Security Bit programming.
The devices above are part of existing ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 57, (Microchip/Atmel, SAMC/D/L/R/H/PIC32CM).
Since we started, Softlog Systems has been dedicated to developing the world’s best In-Circuit Serial Flash Programmers (single channel and GANG). For over 25 years, we have continued to expand and upgrade our line of products, which are recognized by manufacturers as high-quality, reliable programmers.
