February 16, 2026 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of innovative in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced the support of BP32MC05x devices (former LKS32MC05x from Linko Semiconductor Co., Ltd.).
The BP32MC05x are 32-bit MCUs targeting motor control applications. With all modules required for common motor control systems and three-phase P/N MOS gate driver, they can directly drive three-channel P/N MOS power device.
The BP32MC05x devices are part of ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 119 (BPS, BP32MC05x).
