Softlog Systems supports C8051F92x-93x from Silicon Labs
June 11, 2025 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of innovative in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced the support of C8051F92x-93x devices.
The C8051F92x-93x is an ultra-low power microcontroller (MCU) that has been designed from the ground up to be highly power-effective. The MCU features a powerful 8051 core with 25 MHz performance along with 32 kB – 64 kB Flash.
The programming is done via C2 interface, the security lock byte programming is also supported.
The devices above are part of existing ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 82: Silabs, EFM8/C8051 (C2).
