December 10, 2025 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of innovative in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced the support of dsPIC33AK devices.
The dsPIC33AK family is Microchip Technology’s next-generation Digital Signal Controller (DSC) line, designed to bridge high-performance real-time control and digital signal processing (DSP) with the simplicity of a microcontroller. These devices target applications that demand fast control loops, deterministic timing, and advanced math performance, such as motor control, power conversion, and industrial automation.
ICP software and firmware support both single and dual partition modes. Additionally, the backup configuration bits can be automatically programmed as the main ones by selecting “Preferences – Program backup config. bits as main”.
The described devices are part of ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 116 (Microchip, dsPIC33AK).
