Softlog Systems supports PIC32CZ CA80/CA90 family from Microchip Technology Inc.
May 27, 2025 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of innovative in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced the support of PIC32CZ CA80/CA90 family.
The PIC32CZ CA80/CA90 family is based on Cortex-M7 processor and contains up to 8 MB Flash, 1 MB SRAM, Hardware Security Module, Secure Boot, Floating Point Unit (FPU), Advanced Analog, Gigabit Ethernet, HS USB, CANFD, and Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC).
The both programming methods are supported: ICSPTM and Enhanced ICSPTM, which allow more flexibility. DAL (Debug Access Level) bit can be programmed for memory readout protection.
The PIC32CZ CA80/CA90 devices are part of ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 114 (Microchip, PIC32CZ CA80/CA90).
