Softlog Systems supports PSoC™ 4000 and 4100 family devices from Infineon
Aug 19, 2025 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced support for Infineon/Cypress PSoC™ 4000 and 4100 family devices.
The PSoC™ 4000 family is a cost-optimized, entry-level family of Arm® Cortex®-M0/M0+ microcontrollers.
The PSoC™ 4100 family adds intelligent analog integration with programmable analog blocks, including analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital-to-analog converters (DACs), low-power comparators, and operational amplifiers (opamps).
ICP software and firmware support configuration bits (Chip-Level Protection) and Row-Level Protection, as well as power-cycle entry mode for devices without an XRES (reset) pin.
These devices are supported under the existing ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 56 (Cypress, PSoC 4).
Since its founding, Softlog Systems has been dedicated to developing the world’s best in-circuit serial flash programmers, offering both single-channel and GANG solutions. For over 25 years, the company has continued to expand and upgrade its line of products, which are recognized by manufacturers as high-quality, reliable programmers.
