Softlog Systems supports RA4T1 devices from Renesas

January 28, 2026 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of innovative in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced the support of RA4T1 devices.

The RA4T1 Group delivers up to 100 MHz of CPU performance using an Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with a code flash memory ranging from 128 KB to 256 KB, 4 KB of data flash memory, and 40 KB of SRAM. The RA4T1 Group offers a wide set of peripherals, including CANFD, I3C, and ADC.

Both programming methods are supported: flashloader based and low-level, which allow more flexibility.

The devices above are part of existing ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 102 (Renesas, RA4M2/RA4M3/RA4T1/RA6M3/RA6M4).
