Shipping and Customs Policy
Thank you for choosing our In-System Programming (ISP) solutions. We strive to provide reliable and efficient global delivery for our products. Please review our shipping and customs policies below to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Global Shipping via Premium Couriers
We ship our products worldwide to ensure our customers have access to our programming technology regardless of their location. Our primary shipping partners are FedEx and UPS, ensuring that your orders are handled by industry-leading logistics providers with robust tracking capabilities.
- Shipping Charges
- Customer-Paid Shipping: We offer customers the convenience of paying for shipping at the checkout or via a provided proforma invoice.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.
- Third-Party Accounts: If you prefer to use your own FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT corporate account for shipping, please contact our sales team before placing your order to arrange the necessary documentation.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As a manufacturer shipping internationally, we operate under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms unless otherwise specified.
- Customs Clearance Responsibility: The recipient (the customer) is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
- Import Fees: All import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, and any other local government charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to us.
- Documentation: We will provide the necessary commercial invoices and packing lists required for export from our facility. However, if your local customs authority requires specific licenses, permits, or additional documentation (such as a Certificate of Origin or specific technical data sheets), it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us in advance or provide the required information.
- Delivery Delays and Non-Compliance
- Customs Delays: While FedEx and UPS provide expedited transit, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by local customs inspections or regulatory holds within the destination country.
- Refusal of Shipment: If a shipment is returned to us because the customer refused to pay import duties or failed to provide necessary customs documentation, the customer will be responsible for all original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any storage charges incurred.
- Tracking and Support
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. We recommend monitoring your shipment closely to ensure you are available to coordinate with the courier for customs clearance or delivery signatures.
