June 29, 2026 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of innovative in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced the support of nRF54LS05 devices.
nRF54LS05A and nRF54LS05B are part of the nRF54L series. All wireless
System-on-Chip (SoC) options in the series integrate an ultra-low power multiprotocol
2.4 GHz radio with MCU functionality featuring a 128MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor. nRF54LS05A and nRF54LS05B support Bluetooth® LE and proprietary 2.4GHz protocols.
ICP software and firmware support configuration bits and OTP (UICR) programming of the MCUs.
Both programming methods are supported: flashloader based and low-level, which allow more flexibility.
The nRF54LS05 devices are part of existing ICP programmer’s family/algorithm
101 (Nordic, NRF5340/NRF54L/NRF54LS).
List of added devices:
- NRF54LS05A
- NRF54LS05B
