Softlog Systems supports STM32H503 devices from STMicroelectronics
August 28, 2025 – Softlog Systems (2006) Ltd., a leading provider of innovative in-circuit flash programming solutions, today announced the support of STM32H503 devices.
The STM32H503 microcontrollers extend the STM32 high performance portfolio and offer enhanced performance and better power efficiency. They feature 128 Kbytes of flash memory and 32 Kbytes of RAM. The STM32H503 line is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 with digital signal processing (DSP) and a floating-point unit (FPU) running up to 250 MHz.
ICP software and firmware support configuration bits (option bytes) and OTP (one-time programmable) operation of the MCUs.
The both programming methods are supported: flashloader based and low-level, which allow more flexibility.
The STM32H503 devices are part of ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 115 (STM, STM32H5).
Since its founding, Softlog Systems has been dedicated to developing the world’s best in-circuit serial flash programmers, offering both single-channel and GANG solutions. For over 25 years, the company has continued to expand and upgrade its line of products, which are recognized by manufacturers as high-quality, reliable programmers.
