This group of MCUs expand the MCX Arm® Cortex®-M33 product offerings with multiple high-speed connectivity, operating up to 180 MHz or 240 MHz, serial peripherals, timers, analog and low power consumption.
ICP software and firmware support configuration bits (CMPA).
Both programming methods are supported: flashloader based and low-level, which allow more flexibility.
The MCXA173-266 devices are part of ICP programmer’s family/algorithm 120 (NXP, MCXA173-266).
