The 12-channel ICP2-COMBO(G3) programmer is the premier tool for high-volume production environments. This high-speed production-grade programmer can expand to 60 channels through daisy chain configuration and is ideal for non-stop mass production operations.
The programmer supports popular programming interfaces, including ICSP, SWD, JTAG, UPDI, I2C, SPI, TPI, PDI, UART, Microwire, SWIM, SWI, BDM, C2, SBW, etc., and works with any silicon chip. It is currently used with Microchip, ST, NXP, Nordic, Cypress, Texas Instruments, Silicon Labs, GigaDevice, and other microcontroller vendors.

Our speed optimization utility, which is built into the GUI interface, automatically configures the programmers’ settings for optimal speed performance. Built-in Protection The ICP2-COMBO(G3) protects against short circuits and other electrical problems that can delay production. The built-in galvanic isolator separates the connection between the programmer and the PC, while the built-in opto-relay barrier allows device (UUT) disconnection from the programmer.
DLL/Command Line Support The ICP2-COMBO(G3) offers DLL, Command Line and Advanced Command Line Support as optional features for users who wish to integrate the programmers into a bed of nails and control it from their application rather than using the Softlog GUI:
